CAVE BISERUJKA - According to a story, smuggler's treasure is hidden in the cave, and with the first curious visitors there began a gradual widening of its narrow passages, so that people could move through it more freely. The illumination of the cave by electric light brought a significant rise of interest for the rich galleries filled with numeruous stalactites, stalagmites and calcine pillars. The cave's lenght (about 110m), spaciousness, beauty and interesting sedimented forms are truly breathtaking.
BAY SOLINE - Soline bay is located between Klimno, Cizici, Soline and Meline. Here was located salt-pan during the ancient times. Around the bay are located many private apartments for accommodation of guests. This bay is phenomenom because the level of sea in whole bay is maximum 1 meter high and water is warm almost 6 months in a year. Bay is rich with healthy mud. Mud can be helpful in curing some diseases but dont expect miracles.
KOSLJUN - Kosljun is small island only 200 meters from Punat. You can visit the island with fast taxi boats from Punat, price is around 2,00 Euro. On the island is situated Franciscan monastery. Archives and library in monastery contain over 20,000 volumes, some of which are invaluable rare copies. There is also impressive ethnographic museum, a natural history and numismatic collection, as well as a permanent exhibition of sacral art.
